As aSenior Flood Modeller in our Perth office,you'
llcontributetoprojects

As a senior member of the team, you will:
n
n
Lead flood modelling packages end-to-end
(scope,methodology,deliveryand
quality)
n
Support multidisciplinary projects with civil, water,
environment,transportand
planning teams
n
Engage directly with WA clients and stakeholders, contributing to trusted technical advice
n
Mentor and develop
juniormodellers/engineers,
helping grow capability across the team
n
Contribute to proposals and work winning across WA opportunities
n
n
We are currently delivering landmark programs
acrossWater,Defence,
Education, Transport, Aviation, and Commercial sectors, giving you the opportunity to contribute to nationally significant infrastructure and community outcomes.

What you'll bring
n
n
Demonstrated experience inflood modelling and flood risk assessment,
includinghydrologic
and hydraulicmodelling inputs/outputs and clear technical reporting.
n
Strong capability in one or more industry-standard tools such asTUFLOW,HEC-RAS (1D/2D),MIKE
(FLOOD/URBAN)and/orInfoWorksICM(or
equivalent).
n
Experience undertakingflood studies(riverine, urban overland flow, coastal/tidal interactions where relevant), including sensitivity testing and scenario development.
n
Knowledge of Australian hydrology and ARR principles (e.g.,ARR****), and experience with hydrologic methods/tools (e.g.,RORB,URBS, etc.)



as applicable to project context.

Ability to interpret and apply relevantWA and Australian
guidance/standardsand
work effectively with local authority requirements (state agencies and local government contexts).
n
Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate modelling results intoclear, actionable outcomesfor non-technical stakeholders.
n
Confidence leading technical reviews, coordinating interfaces, and delivering high-quality documentation to time and budget.
n
Proven experience supporting proposals, building client relationships, and contributing to repeat work through excellent service.
n
Tertiary qualifications inEngineering, Hydrology, Environmental Science(or similar).Chartered status (or working toward)is highly regarded.
