Your role:
n
n
Coaching and Floor Leadership
n
Lead by example - set the tone and standard for the wider coaching team
n
Deliver fun, high-energy, motivating, and safe F45 group training sessions
n
Deliver technique sessions
n
Monitor, train and support other coaches to maintain consistent coaching quality
n




Member Support and Onboarding
n
Own the member journey
n
Build relationships and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals
n
Marketing and Communication Outreach
n
Support the planning and delivery of studio marketing
n
Hyrox Training
n
Design and deliver Hyrox-specific training sessions and programming for members preparing for competition
n
Educate members on Hyrox standards and stratigies
n
Lift Club
n
Lead coaching and programming for the Lift Club strength program, ensuring safe and progressive load management
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
Certificate IV in Fitness or higher qualification
n
Current First Aid & CPR certification
n
Current WWVP card or ability to obtain
n
A positive, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude
n
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping people succeed
