Job Description
Hill Street in South Hobart is seeking a dynamic Grocery Team Leader to join our full time team. You will manage the grocery department, lead a small team, and deliver outstanding customer service in a busy Tasmanian store.

You will oversee stock, merchandising, daily retail operations, open/close procedures, cash handling, WH&S; and food safety, and build a motivated team through strong communication and coaching. This role offers development through leadership training.
