Unilever is seeking a Process Engineer for our North Rocks factory in Australia to support the Manufacturing teams by eliminating losses and waste on the production line.
You will apply Autonomous Maintenance and Focused Improvement tools, including SMED, 5S, and PDCA, to drive world class performance.
The role requires 2+ years in FMCG process or reliability engineering, familiarity with UMS/WCM, and solid leadership to coach line crews toward improved OEE, reduced waste, and fewer unplanned
