This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work AM, PM, Nights and weekend shifts.
n
No two days are the same! As Personal Care Assistant you will:
n
n
Deliver high-quality personal care, supporting residents with daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
n
Assist with meals, feeding, grooming, hygiene, mobility, and light housekeeping tasks.
n
Provide companionship and encourage social and emotional engagement.
n
Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes promptly, and help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
n
Work collaboratively with the team, communicating effectively and maintaining accurate, confidential care records.
n

About You
n
You'll thrive with us if you have:
n
n
Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification).
n
Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
n
Reliable and committed, with a genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.
n
Experience in residential aged care is highly desirable.
n
Meet the legislative requirements for Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
n
