Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Demi Chef Pastry / Chef De Partie Pastry to join the onsite kitchen team at Yulara, NT. You will produce high‐quality pastry items, support the pastry crew, and help maintain cost control while delivering guest‐centered experiences.

The role requires a Certificate III in Patisserie and at least 2 years of post‐apprenticeship pastry experience, with opportunities to grow under experienced chefs and mentor younger staff in a dynamic resort workplace.
