An experienced Organisational Change Lead is required to support a major ICT transformation program within a local council.
This contract role will lead change management activities that drive adoption, minimise resistance, and ensure successful implementation of technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and transition activities.
Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
Define and track change success measures.
Coach leaders and managers through organisational change.
Embed change management activities into project delivery plans.
About You
5+ years' experience in change management on large, complex projects or programs.




Strong knowledge of change methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working alongside project teams in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
Council experience desirable
