Recent Growth Care Group is recruiting its first HR Generalist to join the Bentleigh East Head Office and support a growing team.
This full-time role will own the people function end-to-end, including recruitment, induction, pathways, performance cycles and staff development.
You'll partner directly with the CEO, coach managers, manage two direct reports, and drive automation and system improvements across Employment Hero and related processes.
Flexibility to work interstate is welcomed.
