Key responsibilities:
Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and safety
Lead, motivate, and develop workshop teams to achieve operational goals
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction




Manage the regional budget, resources, and compliance requirements
Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Monitor key KPIs to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded
Experience in the automotive industry

Proven experience in workshop management, ideally within the service or manufacturing sectors
Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
