• Qualify opportunities for ALM Octane, Functional Testing, Performance Engineering, and Value Edge platforms within the ADM portfolio
• Lead client discovery and design solutions across on-premises and cloud environments, including modernization and lift-and-shift initiatives
• Advise customers on test lifecycle management best practices
• Guide customers' transformation from Waterfall to Agile delivery models
• Help customers adopt and scale OpenText products
• Ensure smooth onboarding and long-term value realization
• Deliver customized demos, executive presentations, and proposals including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, partners, and delivery teams to win and transition projects
• Support evaluations with proofs of concept, best practices, and technical guidance
• Act as a trusted DevOps advisor
Requirements
8+ years of experience in enterprise Application Delivery Management (ADM)
Strong expertise in end-to-end Test Lifecycle Management, including planning, design, execution, defect management, and reporting
Proven pre-sales ability to analyze prospects' needs and identify, develop, and present appropriate solutions in on-premises or cloud environments
Robust track record guiding customers through Waterfall-to-Agile transformation and driving adoption of new tools and practices
Solid SDLC knowledge
DevOps and testing automation skills are a strong value-add
Excellent customer-facing skills




Experience delivering presentations and demos to technical and C-level audiences
Proven client success and solution-win track record
Willingness to travel
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
