Job Description
Working with well-regarded clients, the successful candidate will work a 14:7 roster, working 10 hour days.
Flights ex Townsville or Cairns, accommodation and meals included.
May consider FIFO ex Brisbane for the Head Chef role only.

About the Candidate
Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
Food safety supervisory certification (desirable)
Experience within bulk catering/remote environments
Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
Experience with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines
