About the Role
Working closely with managers and employees, you will provide practical first-level HR advice while supporting a range of People & Culture initiatives across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, HR systems and employee programs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level People & Culture advice and support to managers and employees
Support employee relations matters, including performance and workplace issues
Provide guidance on Awards, legislation, policies, procedures and HR processes
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and assist with selection panels
Support onboarding and employee exits across the employee lifecycle
Maintain HR systems, employee records and people-related information
Support learning and development initiatives, workshops and organisational programs
Administer employee programs including well-being, reward and recognition




Provide support across workers compensation and other HR processes
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and initiatives
About You
Previous experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture role
Experience providing HR advice across policies, processes, Awards and legislation
Exposure to employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and performance management
Solid organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
A proactive approach to problem solving, with the ability to manage competing priorities
A collaborative and customer-focused approach to working with managers and employees
