About the role
Band 2 - base salary from $90,000 per annum (plus super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience

We're looking for a proactive
Fleet Support Officer
to provide high-quality support to our Fleet team, delivering excellent customer service, accurate reporting and efficient coordination in a fast‐paced environment.
The role can be based at any of our major depots and is responsible for:
Maintaining fleet data for analysis and reporting
Processing invoices, purchase orders and open orders accurately
Managing and actioning tasks in the fleet inbox
Keeping records and documentation up to date in SharePoint
Supporting process improvements
Providing administrative support to the broader team
About you
You're organized, customer-focused and thrive in a busy environment where attention to detail matters.
You'll also bring:
Experience in a similar admin or coordination role supporting multiple stakeholders
A positive, proactive approach and excellent customer service skills
Confidence with the Microsoft 365 Suite, Teams, SharePoint and SAP
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive or data‐heavy tasks
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A current Australian Driver's Licence
