The Opportunity
Connect the dots between strategy, data and field execution.
As Commercial Excellence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial excellence across the field sales vertical.
Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing and broader commercial stakeholders, you will turn complex commercial and customer data into meaningful insights that influence how the business targets customers, deploys resources and identifies opportunities for growth.
You'll develop the KPIs that matter,



uncover the story behind performance and translate your findings into clear recommendations that commercial leaders can act upon.
Importantly, this isn't simply a reporting role.
You'll be encouraged to challenge, improve and innovate, such as developing scalable analytics, automation and self-service capabilities that enable stakeholders to make faster & smarter decisions.
Skills & Experience
You're commercially curious and naturally want to understand why something is happening; not simply report that it happened.
You'll bring:
Proven expertise as SFE/Comm ex or Commercial Analyst
Healthcare or FMCG experience essential
Expertise translating commercial objectives into meaningful KPIs & insights
Experience identifying opportunities
Strong stakeholder partnering and communication skills
Ability to translate complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations
Experience using Tableau & Salesforce combined with adv.
Excel skills
Experience developing dashboards, reporting and visualisations
Experience improving commercial processes through analytics & automation
Curious, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Proven ability to prioritise and multi-task
