We're looking for a passionate and experiencedCollections Officer – Accounts Receivable to join our dynamic Finance teambased at our Toowoomba Support Office.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Collections Officer - Accounts Receivable, you will:
Contact customers regarding outstanding payments via phone, email and written correspondence
Manage the collection of outstanding debts and negotiate suitable payment arrangements
Monitor customer accounts, investigate payment discrepancies and resolve account enquiries
Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment commitments and customer communications
Prepare reports on outstanding debtors and provide regular updates to the Accounts Receivable leadership team
Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
Contribu te to a culture of safety, innovation,



and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections or a similar finance-related role
Has a sound understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes
Demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships
Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Can work independently, solve problems effectively and make sound decisions
Has experience using financial systems and maintaining accurate records
A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
