This client-facing role combines in office site visits with a mix of Level 1 and Level 2 IT work, triaging tickets and resolving issues before they escalate.
You'll support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, Windows Server domains, and collaborate with teams across Perth, Sydney and Brisbane.
