Manage development and support of product offerings for the Alpha Data Platform
Work closely with Business, Data and Technology Solutions to articulate and document business requirements in agile story form
Align strategic product development with Alpha strategic goals and key business decisions
Leverage business analysis frameworks and Business Architecture to develop an integrated enterprise view of the business
Drive strategic business outcomes
Create Agile stories based on business requirements
Work with the development team to see stories through the project lifecycle
Support Alpha client BAU efforts, project timelines and overall Client Service
Provide Front to Back product expertise and guidance throughout implementation projects
Ensure Front-to-Back solutions meet customer and State Street business requirements
Requirements
Strong business and data analysis skills
Expertise in functional requirements gathering, documentation and data mapping
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to liaise between business/implementation and technology teams
Advanced writing skills, including the ability to abstract/summarize highly detailed information
Ability to translate customer business needs into application requirements
Strong experience with technologies related to product implementation and client interaction
Knowledge of State Street organizational constructs and teams
Understanding of middle- and back-office systems, functions and services supported at State Street
Experience as a Business Analyst on medium to large scale projects
Expertise in data management and governance, including data lineage and data quality management




Expertise in data pipeline and database technologies, including ETL/ELT tools, SQL Server and Snowflake
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Methodology and tools, including JIRA and Kibana dashboard
Experience with Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, Project and Visio is required
Minimum BS/BA degree required in Technology, Finance, Business, or equivalent
5+ years of industry experience with front, middle and back office functionality and/or data management platforms, such as Eagle, GoldenSource and S&P; EDM
