The Person
Positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of daily cleaning tasks
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience in hospitality, commercial or airport environments (ideal but not essential)
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all areas meet strict presentation and hygiene standards
Reliable and punctual, consistently meeting rostered times in a secure airport setting
Strong safety mindset with adherence to airport, chemical handling and equipment safety protocols
Professional presentation with a tidy, well‐groomed appearance suitable for a premium workplace
Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, lifting, bending and working on your feet
Comfortable working independently while also contributing positively to a small team




The Position
Lounge cleaning duties include maintaining all guest areas to a consistently high presentation standard.
Bathroom hygiene upkeep involves thoroughly cleaning and sanitising restrooms and ensuring amenities are fully stocked.
Chemical handling compliance requires dispensing, diluting and storing chemicals strictly in line with manufacturer instructions and airport safety protocols.
Surface sanitisation includes wiping and disinfecting high‐touch points throughout the lounge during service periods.
Waste management covers emptying bins, managing recycling and ensuring safe disposal of waste.
Stock replenishment involves monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies, bathroom products and equipment as needed.
Equipment operation includes safely using vacuums, floor machines and other cleaning tools.
Maintenance reporting
involves promptly notifying management of any hazards, faults or incidents identified during cleaning duties.
Team collaboration
includes working closely with lounge hosts, kitchen staff and supervisors to support smooth daily operations.
