About the role
Two positions available:
1 Full-time permanent ongoing position
1 Full time fixed term 2 year contract
Both VPS 6.1 $142,790 - $166,938 per annum depending on experience, plus 12% Super.
Cenitex is seeking 2 experiencedProcurement Business Partnersto lead strategic procurement and contract management activities across our complex ICT supplier portfolio.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring commercial value, robust governance, and effective supplier relationships that support the successful delivery ofwhole of governmentICT services.
As the Procurement Business Partner, you willprovideexpert commercial guidance, shape procurement strategies, and coach stakeholders across Cenitex inbest practicecontract management.
You will manageend to endcontract life cycle processes, negotiatehigh valueICT agreements, and uplift procurement capability within a dynamic and evolving environment.
This is an opportunity to influence major technology programs and make a meaningful impact on how Cenitex delivers for Victoria.
What you will be working on:
Draft,reviewand negotiate complex contracts ensuring legal,regulatoryand organisational compliance
Develop and implement contract management plans, KPIs, governance frameworks and standardised documentation
Lead or contribute to tender evaluations, complexnegotiationsand strategic supplier assessments
Providehigh levelcommercial advice to senior stakeholders
Let's talk about you!
You are someone with:
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to interpret complex contractual information and manage commercial risk
Extensive experience managing complex,highvaluecontracts including supplier performance, disputeresolutionand governance
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
Abachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Commerce, Procurement,ICTor a related field
At least 7 years' experience in procurement or contract management, ideally with ICT contracting exposure
