WorkSafe Victoria is seeking a Technical Recoveries Advisor to identify, assess and pursue recoveries of paid compensation from negligent third parties, aligned with Section 369 of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act ****.
Hybrid Geelong-based role with some travel to Melbourne and court locations, 3 days in office.
You will manage complex recovery matters, provide strategic direction on litigation, and collaborate with insurers, legal panel firms and internal stakeholders
