My client is looking for a commercially minded salesperson to join its specialist technology recruitment team.
No recruitment experience is required.
Rather than cold-calling businesses, your initial focus will be headhunting
software developers, AI specialists and engineers
for established clients.
You'll introduce opportunities, build relationships and manage candidates through interviews and offers-earning commission when they start their recent roles.

The earning potential
Commission ranges from
7% to 17.5%

With an average placement fee of
£15,000
, that equates to
£1,050-£2,625 per placement
, on top of your salary.
The aim is to build towards
one to two placements a month

£2k-£3k+ in monthly commission realistic once established
, with no cap on your earnings.
