The Role
Assist with the management of a quality residential portfolio
Support with routine inspections, maintenance, arrears and lease renewals
Liaise confidently with landlords, tenants and contractors
Assist with leasing and administration
Ensure properties are managed efficiently and in line with legislation

About You




Previous experience in Property Management or as an Assistant Property Manager
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Solid understanding of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
A genuine desire to build a long-term career in Property Management
