The Role
As a Leasing Paralegal, you will be supporting a Partner and team.
You will be managing retail shop leasing files mainly as well as some commercial leasing files.
Reviewing leases
Drafting and preparing lease documentation and associated agreements
Managing lease registrations and post‐completion requirements
Liaising directly with clients
Negotiation of leasing clauses
Matter management and general file management duties
About You
1 year experience as a leasing paralegal is essential
Excellent attention to detail
Team player with strong communication skills

A salary between $80K-$90K including Super, dependent upon experience.
