We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchasing and Storesperson to join our team in Landsdale HQ.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Purchasing and Storesperson will be responsible for providing a range of high quality, accurate and timely support to our mining operations through effective inventory management, warehousing, purchasing and logistics activities.
Working closely with the Operational team, you will ensure critical parts, consumables and equipment are available when required, while maintaining accurate inventory records and upholding strong safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate pricing and stock records, track movements, conduct regular price and stock checks, and implement controls to optimise stock levels.
Goods Receipt and Dispatch:
Coordinate incoming goods with accurate documentation and quality inspection, and manage timely dispatch to site.
Order Processing:




Process and fulfil purchase orders for critical build/operational items.
Warehouse Organisation:
Optimise the warehouse layout for storage efficiency and accessibility, and ensuring a clean and protected dispatch and stock area.
Support effective communication regarding supply chain and inventory.
Working closely with the Senior Purchasing Officer and Site Supervisors to ensure timely supply.
Forklift operations.
Other adhoc duties as required/directed.
Experience/Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment.
Experience with inventory management systems.
PeopleTray advantageous.
Current forklift (LF) licence and WA C Class Drivers Licence required.
Strong organisation and multitasking skills, with accuracy maintained under pressure.
Effective communication (written & verbal) and collaboration across departments and suppliers.
Exceptional attention to detail.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Able to pass a pre-employment medical, National Police Clearance, and Drug and Alcohol screen.
