As the Site/Project Manager you will coordinate and oversee the daily planning and operational works on site.
This will include:
Manage changes to project scope
Build, develop and grow business relationships
Effectively supervisor, advise and mentor project staff
Coordinate the various trades and materials
Analyse project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilisation
Oversee the variation process
Prepare and authorise project program schedules
Qualifications/experience
QBCC Builders license




Minimum 3 years' experience with successful delivery of landscape construction and building projects
Solid Project management skills (including use of MS Project)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
