Abt Global Australia is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to be the primary Oracle HCM functional resource in Australia.
You will configure Oracle Fusion, build OTBI reports, and drive improvements across HR processes.
This is a hybrid, full-time role with autonomy to solve problems and deliver practical enhancements.
You will partner with HR, Payroll and global technology teams to support integrations and governance, while exploring current Oracle functionality, including AI-enabled features.
