You will join a multidisciplinary team to support young people aged ***** on their mental health journey, providing screening, assessments, referrals and care coordination tailored to each young person's needs.
You will conduct risk assessments, contribute to clinical supervision, and help deliver high‐quality, evidence‐based care that empowers young people to thrive.
