We are seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Clinical Coordinator based at North Metro Alcohol and Community Service (MNCADS) at Innaloo.
The role of Clinical Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Manager of NMCADS to ensure effective delivery of integrated alcohol and other drug (AOD) services at Innaloo. The Clinical Coordinator will support the team to provide reflective, creative practice that supports consumer engagement and is responsive to consumer needs; they will also promote an effective working relationship with Next Step. The Clinical Coordinator will carry a small clinical caseload.
This position is offered as a Maximum-Term Contract to July ****, working full-time hours (76 hours per fortnight). Level 6/7 $118,505-$130,289 (depending on experience) per annum plus superannuation.

To be appointed / successful in this role, you will require the following key qualifications, skills and experience:
Degree in relevant field such as Social, Behavioural, Education or Health Sciences.
Have demonstrated management and well-developed leadership skills.
Demonstrated and well-developed counselling and clinical supervision skills.
Have experience in working with culturally diverse, complex, coerced, and co‐morbid AOD treatment populations.
Previous experience in report writing.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
National police clearance, Working with Children's Check, First Aid Certificate, Driver's Licence and full Work Rights.
Experience in interagency networking and community related activities
