Plena Healthcare is seeking an Aged Care Dietitian to join our Armidale, NSW team, delivering mobile dietetics services to residents and the local community.
Reporting to the Dietetics Team Leader, you will provide person-centred care, run menu and mealtime assessments, deliver educational sessions, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Essential: Bachelor's or Master's in Dietetics and current DA registration; willingness to travel and to complete required screenings.
