About The Role
As the Administration Team Leader (Grade 3), Ambulatory Services, you will play a key role in leading the clerical team and ensuring the efficient, equitable and consumer-focused delivery of administrative services across Women's Specialist Clinics.
You will oversee day-to-day clerical operations across Women's Specialist Clinic sites, ensuring processes support timely access to care and align with Barwon Health policies, procedures and the Department of Health Specialist Clinics Access Policy.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administration professional with strong leadership skills to support a high-performing team and contribute to the delivery of quality specialist healthcare for women across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate administrative operations, including workflow, documentation, billing, recruitment, rostering and clinic scheduling to ensure efficient service delivery
Support and develop the clerical team through effective workforce planning, training, performance support and clear processes that promote quality consumer-focused services
Drive quality and continuous improvement, including managing consumer feedback, maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, and contributing to service improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in administrative leadership, including workflow, rostering, workforce planning and service coordination
Strong people leadership and communication skills,



with the ability to support, develop and motivate a clerical team
Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and consumer-focused service delivery, with strong knowledge of policies and procedures
