Key responsibilities include: Personal care and mobility support Domestic duties including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation Social support and companionship Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing Please note: Domestic assistance is an important part of this role and may form a regular component of customer visits.
About You We're seeking experienced carers who genuinely enjoy working one-on-one with older people in the community.
To be successful, you will have:



A minimum of 12 months' experience providing personal care in aged care, disability or hospital settings and/or a qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Home Community Care Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A passion for supporting older Australians to live independently at home A current Australian Driver's Licence (International licence not accepted) A comprehensively insured vehicle Availability Requirements Supporting customers across Ballarat and surrounding areas Available to work at least 6 hours per day across a minimum of 3 weekdays Available across service hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm Commit to our paid 2-week Brilliant@Basics Training Program when you commence Make a Difference Every Day If you're looking for a stable permanent part-time role, enjoy building meaningful customer relationships, and are passionate about helping older Australians remain independent at home, we'd love to hear from you.
