Opportunity to develop your career across trust accounting and property Supportive team setting with genuine career progression opportunities Circa $90K- $100K + Super We are currently seeking a Trust Account Administrator to join a close-knit property team and provide support across the financial administration of a predominantly retail property portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in trust accounting, property accounting or property administration who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is looking to build their career within the commercial property sector.
The Role Reporting to the Trust Accountant / Finance Manager, you will provide day-to-day administration and support across the trust accounting function, working closely with the property management team.
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the administration of trust accounts for a portfolio of retail and commercial properties Processing invoices, payments, receipts and other financial transactions Assisting with tenant charges, reconciliations and account maintenance Supporting monthly reporting and trust account processes Assisting with landlord and tenant financial queries Maintaining accurate property and financial records Assisting with rent,
outgoings and other property-related financial administration Supporting the broader property management team with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks Ensuring transactions and documentation are processed accurately and within required timeframes About You We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident working with numbers, with an interest in developing their career within property.
You will ideally have: Previous experience in trust accounting, property accounting, accounts administration or a similar role An understanding of commercial property or a genuine interest in the property sector Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organisational skills The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines A proactive and team-oriented approach Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with Cirrus8 software will be highly regarded If this sounds like you, and you meet the above criteria, please apply directly to the advert.
