Job description A well-established Hemmant manufacturer is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a supportive team.
This is a hands-on, full-time role with genuine temp-to-perm potential.
You'll handle mechanical fitting, assembly and installation of manufactured equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
The Role Mechanical fitting, assembly and installation Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Fault finding, repairs and adjustments Reading technical drawings and specifications Using hand and power tools Quality checks and workmanship standards Meeting production deadlines as part of a team Following WHS procedures About You Mechanical Fitter trade qualification or equivalent experience Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read technical drawings Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Strong safety and quality focus Reliable, professional and team-oriented Experience in transport, trailer manufacturing, heavy vehicles or similar will be highly regarded.
