About The Role: Work across a broad mix of planning, environment, infrastructure and regulatory matters.
Act for an impressive client base spanning government, property, renewables, construction, finance and corporate sectors.
Gain hands-on exposure to Planning and Environment Court appeals and enforcement proceedings.
Learn from experienced, accessible leaders while developing genuine depth in a specialist area.

Responsibilities Advise clients on planning, environmental and building matters, including approvals and pathways.
Assist with appeals and enforcement proceedings in the Planning and Workplace Court.
Draft and negotiate infrastructure agreements and advise on infrastructure planning and charges.
Provide strategic advice on environmental compliance, water and land use rights.
Advise local government clients on governance, rating and related regulatory matters.
Skills Experience Around 2-3 years' post-admission experience, ideally in Planning Environment law.
Strong technical legal skills and a genuine interest in building a specialist career in this area.
The ability to analyse complex issues and provide practical,
commercially focused advice.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-centred approach.
A collaborative mindset and genuine enjoyment of working as part of a supportive team.
