This is an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist who enjoys working autonomously, building meaningful relationships with clients and supporting older people to remain independent, active and safe in their own homes .
The Opportunity Permanent part-time position - 3 days per week Work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Community-based role across Perth's southern suburbs Service area extending as far south as Port Kennedy Kilometres reimbursed for all work-related travel Flexible and autonomous working workplace Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients Work with a respected provider of aged care and community services About the Role As a Community Physiotherapist , you will provide high-quality Physiotherapy services to older Australians in their own homes, helping clients maintain their mobility, independence and quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include: Conducting functional,



mobility and physical assessments Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation programs Falls prevention and balance assessments Exercise prescription and rehabilitation Pain management and functional interventions Recommending appropriate mobility and assistive equipment Supporting clients to maintain independence and participate in daily activities Working collaboratively with families, carers and the wider care team Providing evidence-based Physiotherapy interventions Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and client records About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist Experience in aged care, community, rehabilitation, NDIS or a similar setting is highly regarded A genuine passion for working with older Australians Strong communication and relationship-building skills The ability to work independently and manage your own caseload Current WA Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle National Police Clearance A professional, compassionate and client-focused approach Why Join?
