You'll manage a manageable portfolio of approximately 150 properties without being overloaded, while having dedicated support around you for Leasing, Compliance and complex matters.

Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties Liaising with landlords and tenants Handling day-to-day Property Management responsibilities Maintaining strong client relationships Working closely with the dedicated Leasing Team Assisting the wider PM team when required Managing issues and escalations with senior support available when needed The best part?

With Leasing, Compliance, administrative and senior support already in place , you can focus on managing your portfolio, delivering great service and building your career — rather than constantly putting out fires.
ABOUT YOU We're looking for a Property Manager who is ready to step into a stable, supportive and rewarding long-term opportunity.
