About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for an organised and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a busy operations team based in Lane Cove.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service by processing orders, coordinating hospital case requirements and responding to customer enquiries.




Working closely with the sales and warehouse teams, you'll help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
