Full-time Continuous Contract 37.5 hours per week $146,815 - $153,874 per annum Total Effective Package* $178,809 - $186,858 About the role The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations (ER), workers compensation and compliance obligations across Congress, as well as coaching and mentoring of HR staff and taking the lead on allocated HR projects.
