Role: Engage with warm inbound and outbound leads,



guiding prospective students towards suitable course options.
Act as the first point of contact for prospective students, delivering an exceptional enrolment experience.
Achieve weekly sales, activity and conversion targets.
Effectively manage leads and maintain accurate records within the CRM.
About you: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (phone sales highly desirable) with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help others Driven, ambitious and motivated by achievement and financial success Passion for sales and interest in the education sector Confident using CRM systems (training provided) and strong overall computer literacy Open to feedback, coachable and committed to continuous improvement Our Core Values: Put the Learner First.
