About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to run the day to day delivery of a $20 million school project in Melbourne's western suburbs.
You'll take full responsibility for site safety, quality, programme and workforce management, working closely with the Project Manager and Contract Administrator to deliver the project on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities Manage all on site activities including trade coordination, sequencing and programme adherence Oversee and support site labourers, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures Conduct regular site inspections and manage quality control across all trades Liaise with the Project Manager,
