About the role We're seeking a caring and reliable Personal Care Attendant / Cleaner to join our team at Glengowrie Retirement Village on a casual basis.
This hands-on role combines resident support and personal care with cleaning and housekeeping responsibilities, helping to create a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for residents.
You will assist residents with activities of daily living while also maintaining high standards of cleanliness across resident homes and shared community spaces.
Key responsibilities Personal Care Resident Support Support residents with personal care, medication assistance, wellbeing checks and activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
Monitor resident wellbeing, respond to calls for assistance and maintain accurate documentation and communication with the team.
Cleaning Housekeeping Provide housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and linen services across resident homes and communal areas to maintain a safe and welcoming workplace.
Report maintenance, supply and cleaning requirements while maintaining high compliance and safety standards.
