The Opportunity:
CSR are seeking an enthusiastic and commercially focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Minto.
In this role, you will work closely with customers and the Account Management team to grow market share, maximise sales opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships across our Exterior Systems business.
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging with existing, dormant, and lost customers.
You will identify opportunities to increase customer spend, support inventory management initiatives, and contribute valuable market intelligence to help maintain our competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Re-engage dormant and lost customers and convert them into active purchasers.
* Identify and convert share-of-wallet opportunities within the existing active customer base.
* Drive the clearance of designated slow-moving stock lines through targeted customer campaigns.
* Propose, coordinate, and execute short-term sales promotions and strategic product initiatives.
* Provide regular market feedback, including competitor activities, products, pricing strategies, and customer insights.




* Maintain a structured call cycle, sales pipeline, and accurate weekly activity reporting.
* Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to align customer growth strategies and maximise sales opportunities.
* Deliver qualified and effective communication throughout the customer sales cycle.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ongoing training requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Minimum 2 years' experience within the exteriors or building products industry.
* Proven ability to drive sales growth from initial contractor engagement through to order placement.
* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Experience working collaboratively with Account Managers to support channel growth and customer development.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a call cycle, pipeline, and reporting requirements effectively.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on delivering results.
