Title: Junior Operation Support Analyst Location: Melbourne Type: Contract (6 months +) Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days in office in Melbourne CBD) Required Skills and Experience: Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT operations, systems, and infrastructure, including Linux Windows Servers, Networks, Databases, and Storage.
Appreciation of IP networking technology Appreciation of IT security Appreciation of Monitoring and Observability tools (Splunk, Zabbix).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, BMC Remedy).
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.




Ability to monitor systems and identify operational issues.
Strong communication and customer service skills to support end users.
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Basic understanding of ITIL principles and service management practices.
Personal Skills: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and escalate issues appropriately.
Willingness to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
