The Role This is a newly created position joining a close-knit QLD development team, currently delivering live projects.
As Assistant Development Manager, you will gain hands-on exposure across the full lifecycle of lifestyle community development — from site acquisition and feasibility through to DA, construction, and sales marketing.
This is a genuine stepping-stone role with strong mentorship from experienced practitioners and a transparent pathway to progression.
Key Responsibilities Supporting Development Managers across multiple projects in QLD Assisting with feasibility analysis, planning applications, and consultant management Coordinating due diligence, approvals,



and project documentation Liaising with internal stakeholders including the group's construction arm Tracking project milestones, budgets, and programme deliverables You Tertiary qualification in property, planning, construction, or a related field Min 2–5 years of experience in property development, town planning, engineering, project management or a related discipline Exposure to residential, masterplanned, or land lease development is highly regarded.
