Job Description Your responsibilities will include: Providing chairside assistance during general and emergency dental procedures Preparing treatment rooms and instruments ahead of appointments Sterilising and maintaining instruments and equipment to infection control standards Welcoming patients, managing the appointment book and answering the phone Maintaining accurate patient records and processing accounts Supporting the clinical team with administration and day to day practice tasks Keeping reception and clinical areas clean, tidy and running smoothly Qualifications To succeed in the role, you will bring: Friendly, approachable and confident working with patients Comfortable switching between clinical and reception duties Reliable, organised and willing to help wherever needed Calm and reassuring when supporting nervous patients A clear and confident communicator Previous dental assisting, dental reception or customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is advantageous, but not essential Additional Information Why join ****SMILES Roma?
