They're undertaking a full Workday transformation across HR, Payroll and Finance, with a strong AI-first agenda shaping how the business operates going forward.
About the Role As Data Lead, you'll own the data workstream for a full Workday implementation end to end, from source extraction through to migration, transformation, validation and cutover.
You'll work closely with the Systems Integrator, internal data team and business stakeholders, and this role has a clear path into a broader Data and AI remit once migration lands.
Benefits Salary up to $160,000 plus superannuation.
Location is flexible anywhere in Australia, with hybrid working supported.
This is a genuinely foundational role.
You'll own the data strategy for a major HRIS transformation and be first in line for an expanded Data and AI role once the migration is complete.
You'll work in a lean, hands-on team with real autonomy and senior stakeholder exposure, at an organisation that's serious about putting AI to work.
Duties / Key Responsibilities Own the data strategy and migration plan for the Workday implementation, from source extraction through to mapping, transformation, validation and cutover Build working relationships with business stakeholders who hold knowledge of source systems,



and use those relationships to get data decisions right Partner with the Systems Integrator to clarify Workday field requirements while retaining accountability for the work Work hands-on across the data workstream, balancing hands-on delivery with direction in a lean team Set the standard for data governance and quality across a highly sensitive people dataset Skills and Experience Experience leading data workstreams on a Workday implementation, ideally across HCM, Payroll and Finance end to end (or comparable HRIS/ERP migration experience at a senior level) Solid technical grounding in data migration and ETL Confidence communicating data concepts to senior, non-technical stakeholders A genuine hands-on track record, not just program oversight Comfort with Snowflake, or ability to pick it up quickly Genuine interest in AI and its practical application to data and business outcomes If you're interested in this opportunity and feel you're the right fit, please click "Apply" About Allura Partners Allura Partners was founded to support private equity firms by placing C-Suites to lead, transform, and scale portfolio companies.
