What you'll be doing: A Melbourne born beauty brand, is seeking an experienced and personable Receptionist to join their vibrant Head Office team in Collingwood on a part time basis (Monday-Thursday).
As the face of the business, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for visitors while providing high-level support to the Office Manager and broader Head Office team.
This is a varied position that combines front-of-house responsibilities with administration, customer service, and office coordination duties.

This temporary assignment is available for an immediate start and requires attendance in the office four days per week.
Candidates will need to perform the following duties: Ensure that reception is covered from 8.30am to 5.30pm Ensure all head office maintenance workers are logged and their whereabouts communicated to Head Office staff.




Ensure office opening and closing procedures are undertaken each day Coordinate suppliers (cleaner, security, stationary, kitchen and bathroom supplies, couriers, catering, etc.).
Ensure meeting rooms are maintained to a professional standard and that all guests are catered for appropriately Candidates will need to meet the following criteria: Experience in a Reception/Office Coordination role Excellent communication skills Professionally presented Benefits to you: Temp opportunity ASAP start!
