Job Description Part Time Guest Service Agent/Front Office All Rounder Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time Make the check-in, check-out process run smoothly Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality, issuing of room keys, handling credit cards etc Ensure the security of our guests and their possessions Handle guest complaints in a positive manner and escalating as required Communicate effectively with other departments such as Housekeeping, Food Beverage to assist guests in regard to room changes, dining bookings etc.
Assist with valet parking as required Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience highly regarded The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings,
