Job Description Long-term Locum Dentist | Mandurah, WA | Maternity Leave Contract | 40% Commission Are you an experienced Dentist looking for a long-term locum opportunity with an established patient base and consistent appointment demand?
DB Dental Mandurah is looking for a Dentist to join the practice on a maternity leave contract from November **** through to May ****.
This is an prospect to step into an established patient base, work with an experienced clinical team and enjoy full clinical autonomy across a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday roster, with an alternating Saturday option.
While initially a fixed-term opportunity, there may be potential to extend the contract or explore ongoing opportunities across the National Dental Care network.
What you'll be doing In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: Provide general dentistry to an established patient base Manage your own patient appointments with consistent appointment demand Work with full clinical autonomy and without KPIs or sales targets Collaborate with four experienced Associate Dentists and an in-house Prosthetist Access clinical support, mentoring and professional development opportunities Build relationships with an established patient base throughout the maternity leave period About you We're looking for a Dentist who:
Has a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience practising in Australia Holds current unrestricted AHPRA registration Has professional indemnity insurance Has excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach Is committed to delivering high-quality patient care About DB Dental Mandurah DB Dental Mandurah is a well-established 5-chair practice located in Mandurah, WA.
The practice has a loyal patient base and consistent appointment demand and is supported by four experienced Associate Dentists and an in-house Prosthetist.
The practice is equipped with an OPG and intra-oral cameras, providing a modern clinical environment for delivering patient care.
The clinical team values clinical excellence, with senior clinicians available to support mentoring and professional development.
