ABOUT THE ROLE Join a busy customer support team as part of a new temp cohort brought on to support increased enquiry volumes.
You'll manage high-volume, primarily Level 1–3 customer enquiries across phone, email and tickets, resolving straightforward issues and providing a positive customer experience.
With condensed onsite training and support from experienced Team Leaders, you'll quickly build your knowledge and confidence in a fast-moving fintech environment.
DUTIES Manage high-volume inbound customer enquiries across phone, email and tickets Resolve Level 1–3 customer queries efficiently and professionally Deliver clear,



helpful and customer-focused support across every interaction Navigate Salesforce and internal systems to manage enquiries and customer information Escalate complex matters to experienced team members when required Maintain accurate records and documentation across customer interactions Meet contact centre KPIs, quality standards and performance expectations Adapt quickly to changing processes, priorities and customer needs Collaborate with Team Leaders and colleagues to deliver strong customer outcomes SKILLS EXPERIENCE Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence engaging customers Customer service experience gained within contact centres, hospitality, retail or another fast-paced environment highly regarded Recent graduates with strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly are encouraged to apply Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems and processes at pace Salesforce experience beneficial but not essential Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment Strong work ethic with a proactive,
